Mr. Zubair Chhaya is a renowned member of business community; he has been elected Chairman of Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) twice and also serving as chief of CPLS Malir and Korangi region. KITE as an institution is making efforts for development and infrastructural reforms in Korangi Industrial Area since 2005.

Mr. Mohammad Zubair Chhaya is the Chairman & CEO KITE Development & Management Company as well as, He is the CEO of Falcon Security (Pvt) Ltd. And Falcon Consultancy & Support Services (Pvt) Ltd.

Previous experience related to main objects of the company/proposed company:
  • Vice President of All Pakistan Securities Agencies Association (APSAA)
  • Head of the Election Commission of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) in annual election (2015-2019)
  • Chairman of FPCCI Standing Committee on Arbitration & legal Affairs.
